Reset your Sitecore Cloud Portal password
Describes how to reset your Sitecore password in the Sitecore Cloud Portal.
If you have forgotten the password to your Sitecore Cloud Portal, you can reset it from the portal login page.
To reset your password:
In a browser, open the Sitecore Cloud Portal at https://portal.sitecorecloud.io/.
On the login page, in the Email address field, enter the email address of your account, and click Continue.
Click Forgot password?, then in the Forgot your password? page, click Continue. Sitecore will send a password reset email to the email address associated with your account.
Go to the email and click Set a new password.
Note
If you didn't receive an email, check your junk or spam folder.
In the New password field and the Re-enter new password field, enter the password you want, then click Reset password.
